Who we are
Metropolitan Life Insurance Ghana is a Life Insurance Company incorporated under the laws of Ghana and licensed by the National Insurance Commission (NIC) to undertake the business of Life Insurance

We will never share or sell your personal data to other organizations for direct marketing purposes.
How long do we keep your data for?
Personal data will be kept throughout our business relationship. At the end of any contractual relationship, we are required to continue to hold personal data for varying periods depending on the specific purpose for data collection. After this period, the personal data will be disposed of securely.

GOVERNANCE OF THIS NOTICE
Ownership of this policy is vested with the management of Metropolitan Insurance Ghana.
DRAFTING AND AMENDMENTS
The Compliance Department is responsible for the co-ordination, the drafting and the amendments to this notice.
NON-COMPLIANCE
Non-compliance with the Data Protection Act 2012, (Act 843) may result in disciplinary action and a fine of not more than five thousand penalty units or a term of imprisonment of not more than ten years or to both according to the Section 95 of the Act.
APPROVAL
This notice and any material changes to the policy must be approved by the Board
